Catholic Financial Life offers an exciting opportunity to an experienced director or manager of a sales team! The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing a successful territory of insurance advisors who support the mission of Catholic Financial Life and drive sales of life insurance and annuity products. The RSD will proactively conduct recruitment efforts to develop a team of producers while also maintaining productive sales relationships with any existing producer field. The RSD will promote sales through advisor support efforts while properly allocating an assigned travel and marketing budget. This position will also monitor and enforce sales compliance and regulatory rules and practices, including but not limited to licensing, educational requirements, E&O coverages and additional requirements as needed.
The Chicago, Illinois agency is located in Berwyn in a brand new office! The main focus of this position will be development of the Berwyn and surrounding areas. The RSD will regularly travel to meet with prospective and current advisors in order to grow production. Travel to the home office in Milwaukee, WI is required to meet with and plan with the Sales Management. Compensation and benefits for this position consist of a generous base salary, overrides on advisor production, commission on personal production, full benefit package and applicable position reimbursements/soft benefits.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to an experienced Sales Representative who desires to sell Life Insurance while earning a base salary rather than commission. Our Inside Sales Representatives earn a generous base salary plus bonuses which which provide an unlimited earning potential!
This position handles inbound and outbound calls from members and potential members who are interested in Life Insurance or Annuities. Responsibilities include assisting members and prospects by explaining features and benefits of Life Insurance policies offered and suggesting amount and type of coverage based on the prospects' circumstances. The Inside Sales Representative makes proactive outbound sales calls to promote Catholic Financial Life's insurance products and solutions to members and prospective members. The individual in this position will also respond to inbound calls regarding products and marketing materials in order to provide effective product and sales support. The successful Inside Sales Representative makes recommendations of product offerings and cross-sells products as well as meets call activity expectations and sales goals.
Required for consideration:

Catholic Financial Life is growing and adding to our team! The Recruiting Coordinator is a newly created part-time position that will be responsible for the overall Advisor recruiting system at Catholic Financial Life. His/her primary responsibility is to oversee the Sales Advisor recruiting function from beginning to end. This will entail working with Advisor candidates, outside vendors, consultants, recruiting firms, Regional Managers and internal stakeholders in the Advisor Recruiting process.
The Recruiting Coordinator is charged with creating and maintaining the candidate pipeline for Advisor contracting. He/she will be required to track and monitor candidates in the pipeline as well as in the active recruiting process. This position is also responsible for reporting progress and results to senior management.
Advisor contracting and licensing as well as the compliance and monitoring of the contracting and termination process will be assigned to this new role.
The Recruiting Coordinator will also be involved in the Advisor Onboarding program. Functions include assisting the Sales Department with ensuring the Advisors are properly and thoroughly onboarded into the Society’s programs.
This is a flexible, part-time position (28 hours/week).
