Prospecting

  • Identify prospects for membership using personal observation, natural market, referrals, seminars, community involvement, networking, etc.

Needs Analysis

Gaining Commitment

  • Solicit comments and answer questions during a sales presentation to obtain a commitment to buy if it’s in the best interest of the prospect.

Member Service and Administration

  • Deliver policies to members. Review objectives, provisions, etc.
  • ​Aid members with service needs (e.g. change of name, address, beneficiary, claims, etc.)

 

Personal Professional Development

  • Attend classes, obtain designations, study related materials, etc. to keep current on new products, ideas and industry trends.
  • Be involved in your local community, parish and schools to increase public awareness of our company, products and services.

Planning and Goal Setting

  • Review and maintain accurate records of your activity and production with your manager and Sales department.
  • Periodically set and/or adjust goals with manager, as well as plan and prioritize daily activities.
