The annual Top Workplaces ranking is based on associate surveys with questions tied to workplace culture. Catholic Financial Life is fueled by passion for our work in the communities we serve - and our associates are too! The survey found 72 percent of our associates are engaged or enthusiastically engaged. That excitement shines in our workplace culture. We look for people who are committed to our vision and will add to that culture.
Ensuring our associates know the company’s strategic plans and receive constant communication are key to maintaining a high-level of engagement. It helps them feel connected to our mission of putting values into action by serving God through serving others, providing financial security and enhancing quality of life.
