Prospecting

Identify prospects for membership using personal observation, natural market, referrals, seminars, community involvement, networking, etc.

Needs Analysis

Analyze the prospect’s financial information to generate an appropriate product recommendation.

Gaining Commitment

Solicit comments and answer questions during a sales presentation to obtain a commitment to buy if it’s in the best interest of the prospect.

Member Service and Administration

Deliver policies to members. Review objectives, provisions, etc.
Aid members with service needs (e.g. change of name, address, beneficiary, claims, etc.)

Personal Professional Development

Attend classes, obtain designations, study related materials, etc. to keep current on new products, ideas and industry trends.
Be involved in your local community, parish and schools to increase public awareness of our company, products and services.

Planning and Goal Setting

Review and maintain accurate records of your activity and production with your manager and Sales department.
Periodically set and/or adjust goals with manager, as well as plan and prioritize daily activities.
