To make shopping at the store faster and convenient, consider registering with Lands’ End. By registering your information, it will eliminate having to rekey the same information when you go back to place additional orders. Please know your information will be stored on a secure server in fully encrypted form.
How to Register
>> At the home page of the eStore, click on the Sign In tab in the upper right corner. It will then ask, “Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?” – select Yes.
At the bottom it will say, First Time User? Register with us.
>> Click on Register with us. (There are three steps in the process you will need to follow.)
>> Fill in the appropriate information. In Step Two it asks for a company name – you can enter Catholic Financial Life. Then fill in your name and address. When finished hit the Submit button.
>> You can then click on the tabs on the upper portion of the screen to begin browsing through the site or you can exit the site.
When ordering apparel, you will have three Catholic Financial Life logo applications to choose from along with options for logo placement (e.g., right sleeve, left front chest, etc.) To help you select a logo treatment that will compliment your apparel, the following are examples of which logo to select depending on the apparel color.
Full Color Logo – Works well against white, black or navy blue apparel
White Thread Logo – Works well against red, brown, dark green, bright blue, burgundy apparel
Black Thread Logo – Works well against gray, silver, charcoal, lavender apparel
When ordering apparel, there will be a $5.95 logo application fee added to each apparel item that is embroidered with the logo. There are no minimum requirements when ordering apparel – you can order one item if you like. (This does not apply to T-shirts and sweatshirts as these are considered “promotional items.”)
Orders usually take about 5 to 7 business days for processing. Lands’ End will contact you throughout the order process through email to provide you with status updates on your order. Orders are shipped via UPS ground. If for any reason, an apparel item doesn’t fit right, don’t worry. Embroidered apparel items can be returned/exchanged through Lands’ End.
Promotional items are also available from Lands’ End including t-shirts, sweatshirts, travel mugs, baseball caps, pens, etc. There are minimum order requirements for the promotional items and a $50 set up fee will be added when you order these items.
Not sure about a particular promotional item (e.g., water bottle, cooler, travel mug)? Samples are available through Lands’ End. Simply click on the item that you like and scroll down until you see Try it First then click on Request a Sample. Fill in all the appropriate information and hit the submit button. Please note apparel items are excluded from this.
If you would like to receive emails from Lands’ End promoting special offers (e.g., free logo embroidery, free shipping, etc.). You must sign up to receive their specials. To sign up:
1. At the home page click on Customer Service in the upper right corner
2. Under More Shopping select Sign up for E-Mail
3. Enter your email address and then hit submit
