Milwaukee, Wis.– Catholic Financial Life announced today the appointments of Jeff Piotrowski to the position of Senior Vice President of Information Technology (IT) & Insurance Services, and Kristen Mueller to the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
In this new role, Piotrowski will be responsible for the leadership and strategic oversight of IT Operations and Insurance Services encompassing Underwriting, Member Services and Claims functions. As an accomplished Information Technology executive, Piotrowski brings more than 25 years of application and business development experience to Catholic Financial Life.
“Jeff is a proven leader with broad knowledge and unique qualifications to assume his new position,” said Catholic Financial Life’s President and CEO, Bill O’Toole. “We expect his breadth of experience and guidance on information management and IT execution and efficiency will be invaluable to our organization.”
Before joining Catholic Financial Life, Piotrowski served as Director of IT, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing at CUNA Mutual Financial Group where he was instrumental in the evolution of information management and data analytic strategies throughout the enterprise. Piotrowski earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University in Biomedical Engineering.
Catholic Financial Life also announced today that Kristen Mueller assumes the role of Vice President Human Resources for the organization. In this position, Mueller will be responsible for Organizational Development, Employee Relations and Strategic HR Management and Operations.

Prior to this assignment, Mueller served as the HR Relationship Manger for Symetra, providing strategic partnerships with business leaders and performance management support to optimize workplace productivity. Mueller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UW-Whitewater in Human Resources and an MBA from UW-Milwaukee. Additionally, Mueller holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
