The articles of incorporation and bylaws include important provisions about membership, Chapter operations, voting rights, elections, financial matters, the resolution of all disputes via a process of mediation and/or arbitration and other matters.

Members in good standing with Catholic Financial Life are entitled to the rights and privileges of membership as defined in the constitution and bylaws, including the many benefits authorized by Catholic Financial Life and approved by its Board of Directors.
